Does Not Shrink - Are clothes supposed to shrink the more you wash them? NO If you wanted a smaller shirt, you would have bought a smaller shirt. With apparel made from Ingeo fabric your clothes will remain the size they were when you purchased them no matter how many times you wash them. Ingeo apparel can be washed or dry cleaned, has natural resilience and holds its shape well.

• Dampened fabrics encourage mould and fungi spores to grow and multiply. Human body oils deposited on the fabrics turn rancid with age and encourage bacterial growth as well as fabric decomposition. Bacteria growing normally or malignantly on peoples bodies can be transferred to clothing where trapped moisture and heat encourage their multiplication.

• Ingeo™ Apparel is breathable to let moisture escape. The raw process of simply having sweat evaporate off your skin is an energy-absorbing process, vaguely similar to the principle under which refrigerators work. Wind speeds up this evaporation, and thus can cool you down.
• In cold weather you need clothing to minimize both evaporative cooling and wind chill, you need a wicking layer closest to your skin - this pulls the moisture away from your skin where it then slowly evaporates without cooling you down.
