Warranty against manufacturing defects on all other products
All ArcMate products are covered by a limited 90-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your reacher or accessory breaks, under normal use, due to a defect in product materials or manufacturing, you may return it (postage prepaid) for a replacement FREE of charge.

REPAIR service for Orang-U-Tongs PRO and the KingTongs.
We will repair your grabber if both the shaft and handle can be reused. This service is available by returning the reacher(s) with a check or credit card authorization for $5.00 per reacher and $7.95 per order for shipping and handling.
